The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a useful tool for team building and development because it is based on the premise that teams are made up of individuals who have unique gifts and talents as well as challenges to overcome. After this half-day workshop your team can start to apply the knowledge and skills to leverage strengths and minimize gaps.

Understand you own personality type preferences and the uses of the MBTI.
Acquire a basic understanding of type concepts and how they influence our interactions.
Learn personal preferences for becoming energized, taking in information and making decisions.

Pre-Workshop
Prior to the session you will complete the Myers Briggs Type Indicator online assessment. You will receive your individual MBTI profile report in the workshop and have time you analyze and discuss your results.
