Virtual EQ-I 2.0 / EQ360 Certification offer participants a blended learning option that combines self-study with virtual learning technology to meet the rigorous requirements of EQ-I 2.0 / EQ360 Certification. At the end of this training, participants will be able to successfully administer, analyze, interpret and debrief EQ-I 2.0 / EQ360 assessments.

This program includes four 3-hour virtual learning sessions typically delivered over a four-week time frame. Designed to accommodate adult learning principles, participants engage with online virtual learning modules, personal reflection, peer coaching, small and large group discussions throughout the workshop to reinforce learning. Participants can expect to invest approximately 20 hours in this learning experience

This training focuses on enhancing the coaching skills that are used to communicate everyday with staff, colleagues, internal and external customers and anywhere you want to influence people toward change. The program is spaced out over five months to ensure there is time to practice the skill of coaching, get feedback on your coaching, and increase your understanding of what a coach approach to leadership is.

This training helps participants discover coaching as a tool to drive performance and results and build relationships as well as learning to differentiate between coaching for performance and coaching for development.

By developing a coach approach to leadership and exploring a coaching mindset, participants will be able to instill trust with the skill of coaching by gaining the confidence of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity allowing them to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.

Cancellation Policy

A refund will be given to those individuals who provide written notice of cancellation three (3) weeks or more prior to the scheduled training session.

No refund will be given for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to the session.

Transference of registration will be considered upon request if after the three (3) week cut off.

Note: Renew Coaching and Consulting reserves the right to cancel the session up to two (2) weeks prior to the training if attendance requirements are not met and will not be held responsible for any special arrangements made due to the cancellation of the session.
